Conrad C Daly

Conrad has been at the World Bank for over 12 years, moving across units and sectors, though largely stayed at the nexus of legal, institutional and governance work. He has focused his work on matters pertaining to law and disruptive technologies, including foundational unique identification systems for service delivery, and cybercrime and cybersecurity, and data protection and digital privacy. As an operational lawyer, he has been integrated into various project teams. He has also been leading the curation of the Bank’s second edition of its Combatting Cybercrime Toolkit (due out imminently!). A dual US- and French-educated attorney, Conrad is a graduate Cornell Law School and the Sorbonne (Université Paris I).
