Throughout her professional and political work, Mojca Kucler Dolinar has dealt with and acquired expertise in many different fields, including ethnic and religious issues. She has gained valuable experience in the international arena, particularly in the European Union. During the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2008, she chaired the Council of EU Ministers of Higher Education, Science and Technology. She has participated in various conferences and projects of governmental and non-governmental institutions, such as the British Council, the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces, the Centre for European Studies in Brussels and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
