The iconic Venice Regata Storica returned on 1st September to the Grand Canal, captivating both locals and visitors with its vibrant display of Venetian rowing tradition. This year’s event featured a historical procession and competitive regattas.

The Regata Storica remains a cherished celebration of Venice’s rich tangible and intangible maritime heritage. For this reason, the Head of the Council of Europe Office in Venice paid a visit to the event.
