During the month of May, the Council of Europe and the European Days returns to Venice with a series of events focused on citizens’ European values.
The initiatives celebrate two important dates: the birth of the Council of Europe on 5 May 1949 with the Treaty of London and the European Union on 9 May 1950 with the signing of the Schuman Declaration.
Among these events, the Italian Office will organize:
