The Government of Japan has made a voluntary contribution of €45 000 to support the Council of Europe Consultation Group on the Children of Ukraine and the fight against cybercrime.

The agreement was signed on 29 September 2026 by Ambassador Shigeta Oeda, Permanent Observer of Japan to the Council of Europe, and Mr Alain Berset, Secretary General.
