The Government of the United Kingdom has made a voluntary contribution of €140 000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026, and to strengthen cooperation between the Ukrainian Parliament and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). 

The agreement was signed on 9 July 2025 by Ambassador Sandy Moss, Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
