The Government of Switzerland has made a voluntary contribution of €1 473 684 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. 

The agreement was signed on 14 May 2025 by Mr Alexandre Fasel, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Switzerland, and Mr Alain Berset, Secretary General.
