The Government of the Netherlands has made a voluntary contribution of €350 000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026, the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2023-2026 and the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2025-2028.
The agreements were signed on 2 July 2025 by Ambassador Tanja Gonggrijp, Permanent Representative of Netherlands to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
