In the framework of their Presidency of the Committee of Ministers, the Government of Malta has made a voluntary contribution of €100 000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. 
 
The agreement was signed on 13 May 2025 by Mr Ian Borg, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism of Malta, and Mr Alain Berset, Secretary General.
