The Government of Lithuania has made a voluntary contribution of €80 000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026 and its successor Action Plan, the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2023-2026 and its successor Action Plan, the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2025-2028, the Council of Europe Information Point for Belarusian people (Vilnius, Lithuania) and the Safety of Journalists Platform. 
 
The agreement was signed on 18 June 2026 by Ambassador Andrius Krivas, Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
