The Government of Liechtenstein has made a voluntary contribution of approximately €127,130 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2027-2030, the Council of Europe Action Plan “Democratic Security for Ukraine” 2027-2030,  the Platform for the safety of journalists, the Lanzarote Convention, as well as to promote human rights and equality for LGBTI persons and reduce the European Court of Human Rights backlog of well-founded cases. 

The agreement was signed on 6 October 2026 by Ms Sabine Monauni, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Environment and Culture of Liechtenstein, and Mr Alain Berset, Secretary General.
