Germany makes a significant voluntary contribution

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany has made a voluntary contribution of €7 714 928 to support:

  • Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025;

  • Council of Europe Overview of Co-operation Activities in Kosovo*;

  • Council of Europe Action Plans for Georgia 2020-2023 and 2024-2027;

  • Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2021-2024;

  • Cooperation projects in Serbia;

  • Council of Europe Consultation Group on the Children of Ukraine;

  • Participation of Ukrainian parliamentarians in the sessions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

  • Youth Department;

  • European Court of Human Rights;

  • Congress of Local and Regional Authorities; 

  • Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Ambassador Heike Thiele, Permanent Representative of Germany to the Council of Europe, met with Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General, on this occasion.
