The Government of Andorra has made a voluntary contribution of €10 000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. 
 
The agreement was signed on 10 June 2025 by Ambassador Andreu Jordi, Permanent Representative of Andorra to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
