The Government of Albania has made a voluntary contribution of €30,000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026. 

The agreement was signed on 25 November 2024 by Ambassador Dastid Koreshi, Permanent Representative of Albania to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
