The Council of Europe project “Enhancing judicial protection of human rights” invites qualified suppliers to apply on the tender for purchase of visibility and video production services for the event “Judicial Year”, which will be hosted by the Constitutional Court.

The instruction for applicants:

When you click on the link, you will enter in the E-procurement platform of the Council of Europe. You will need to create an account first, so you click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT, and fill out the fields regarding your Personal information, then click Next to fill out Provider’s information. After that you click on Sign Up and you will receive email to validate your email as Supplier in the E-procurement platform of the Council of Europe. Click on the Validate email address.

You will then receive another email confirmation that your account is created, with email for login and password, and you can reset the password for your account.

When your account is created, you go back, the next step is to Log in in the platform using the account and password you created and find/click on the call for tenders - Purchase of international consultancy services for implementation of the project “Enhancing Judicial Protection of Human Rights” (Kosovo*).

You will need to create an offer, so you click first to confirm the interest, and then on the Create Offer, where you draft text of the offer in the field Offer Message and further upload the filled out and signed Act of Engagement, CV and samples from previous work. Then click on submit the offer. You can always save the offer and modify it before submission.
