European Women’s Audiovisual Network (EWA)

The EWA Network was set up in 2012 and has its headquarters in Strasbourg. Its objectives are to promote gender equality for creatives, gender mainstreaming for technical crew and to encourage reflections on the representations of women in audiovisual content. EWA offers training courses, carries out research and organizes outreach activities to facilitate the sharing of information throughout Europe amongst professionals.
