The Executive Committee provides continuity of management between meetings of the Board of Management.
It prepares the meetings of the Board and adopts an action plan setting out how the strategic goals set by the Board are to be achieved. It also adopts the recommendations of the Working Groups and specifically those of the Co-production Working Groups.
The Executive Committee meets online at least three times a year and is composed of representatives of one-third of the Fund’s member states, named by rotation and with regard for geographical and gender balance. Representatives of France, Germany and Italy are permanent members of the Executive Committee. It is chaired by the President of the Fund, assisted by two Vice-Presidents.
