For many years now, the Eurimages Fund has collaborated with external partners for the presentation of specialised awards or the sponsorship of events relevant to its various activities.

As the current cycle of these partnerships ends in 2026, Eurimages has launched 5 calls for new proposals or expressions of interest for the period 2027-2029 as follows.

Three concerned the Promotion Programme to select:

Two concerned the Strategy for Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to select:

  • festivals which will present the annual Eurimages Audentia Award for the best woman director;

  • initiatives which will benefit from Eurimages sponsorship in the framework of film and audiovisual events contributing to the promotion of Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the film industry.

Further to the recommendations by the independent experts, the Board of Management has decided to support during its meeting on 25 and 26 June 2026, the following initiatives for the Audentia Award for the upcoming cycle 2027-2029:

  • CPH:DOX (Denmark) – Innovation Award
  • IFFR (Netherlands) – Outreach Award
  • Visions du Réel (Switzerland) – Innovation Award
