Monaco signed today the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime (CETS 185).Thus, 45 out of 47 member States of the Council of Europe have now either signed or ratified the Budapest Convention. In total, 60 States are either Parties or signatories or have been invited to accede.

Monaco has been a partner in the Global Project on Cybercrime and made several voluntary contributions to the project since 2009.
