The Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) invited interested stakeholders to submit written comments on the draft 2nd Additional Protocol to the Budapest Convention and to participate in an online meeting on 6 May 2021.

Consultations
According to the Terms of Reference for the preparation of the 2nd Additional Protocol, the Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) may hold public hearings, publish drafts of its work, and invite public comments.
The T-CY wishes to consult civil society, data protection organisations and industry during the drafting process in order to seek their views and benefit from their experience.
