With nearly two decades of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, I specialize in network security, application security, and information systems management. My focus is on protecting critical information infrastructure, driving strategic cybersecurity initiatives, and aligning security programs with business objectives to enhance resilience.
As Director of Cyber Resilience at Sierra Leone’s National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre, I lead the development and implementation of the national cybersecurity strategy, strengthening the country’s ability to anticipate, detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats. Through governance frameworks, regional partnerships, and international collaboration, I help build a secure digital ecosystem for government, businesses, and society.
I am a registered Professional Engineer and corporate member of the Sierra Leone Institution of Engineers (SLIE). Also serves as a Commonwealth Africa Cyber Experts Fellow.
My academic foundation includes an MSc in Information Technology and a BEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, complemented by globally recognized certifications such as CISM®, CEH®, CCNA®, SIM3 Certified Auditor, ITIL® Foundation and Agile Scrum Master®.
