Born in Cameroon on October 18, 1972, to Cameroonian parents. I hold a scientific baccalaureate (mathematics and physics), a bachelor's degree in physics, and an engineering degree in telecommunications, all obtained in Cameroon. I also hold a master's degree in telecommunications from the Multinational Higher School of Dakar in Senegal and a PhD in ICT, specializing in cybersecurity, from the Higher School of Communications of Tunis in Tunisia.
I have spent my entire professional career, until now almost exclusively, at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL), which I joined in November 1999. There, I worked primarily in the International Cooperation Department and the Project Development and Planning Department. I am currently the Director of Networks and Information Systems Security at MINPOSTEL, a position I have held since August 2018. I am responsible for coordinating activities related to securing the national cyberspace.
Specifically, I am involved in aspects such as the development and implementation of the national cybersecurity strategy, the drafting of cybersecurity-related legal texts, and the implementation or monitoring of cybersecurity projects.
I am passionate about the activities I choose. I am also interested in social activities. I am a member of various associations where I participate in mentoring women and girls. I am currently participating in a girls' mentoring program in partnership with the Cameroonian Ministry for Women and UNICEF."
