The Government of Japan has made a voluntary contribution to support the Octopus Conference that will be held from 13 to 15 December 2023 in Bucharest.
The agreements were signed on 25 October 2023 by Ambassador Hiroyuki Uchida, Permanent Observer of Japan to the Council of Europe, and Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
