Malcolm Lee Kijirah is currently the Government Affairs Manager for East Africa in Microsoft.
Malcolm has been a practicing lawyer since 2008 and has strong policy and regulatory law credentials having worked across various roles in this space in Government, academia, private practice and in the private sector in Kenya and Australia. He is a dual admitted lawyer having been admitted to practice in both Kenya and Australia.
Malcolm is an avid technologist with a keen interest in the nexus of technology and law and the solutions that can be derived therein.
Malcolm holds a Higher Diploma in Information Systems from Strathmore University, Kenya, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, from the University of Wollongong, Australia and a Masters in Law and Legal practice (Juris Doctor) from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
