Between 8 and 9 November 2023, the GLACY+ project, in co-operation with the Octopus and OCWAR-C projects, organised the Regional Workshop on Judicial Training Strategies.
The workshop gathered around 32 delegates from 20 African countries that confirmed the need to develop national judicial training strategies and action plans on cybercrime and electronic evidence.
The delegates agreed on a set of next steps to be taken by each delegation to ensure mainstreaming the topics of cybercrime and electronic evidence in the training strategy for judges and prosecutors at a domestic level, comprised in a declaration.
