The  Second Additional Protocol on enhanced co-operation and disclosure of electronic evidence was opened for signature on 12 May 2022 within the framework of an international conference in Strasbourg, France. This morning, on 27 January 2023, Ambassador Marie FONTANEL, Permanent Representative of France, and Ambassador Jutta FRASCH, Permanent Representative of Germany, signed the Protocol in presence of the Deputy Secretary General Mr Bjorn BERGE, bringing the number of signatories up to 33.
