Eunjin Wang is a Counsel at the World Bank and a Prosecutor at the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office in the Republic of Korea. At the World Bank, she contributes to the Legal Advisory & Knowledge Unit.
As a prosecutor, Ms. Wang's primary cases include property crimes such as fraud, embezzlement, and breach of trust. She is also experienced in cybercrimes, having handled various cases involving online financial fraud, phishing, and digital sex crimes, etc.
Ms. Wang enhanced her expertise in financial and cyber crime, graduating with an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned a Certificate in Securities & Financial Law. Her coursework included Transnational Cyber Threats, White Collar Crime, and Securities Fraud. She holds a Juris Doctor from Korea University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Yonsei University.
