Commissioner Duncan Okello studied law, political science , and international studies at both graduate and post graduate levels. He has served in the research, policy, and legal circles for over 25 years. He has served as Chief of Staff, Office of the Chief Justice, Executive Director, National Council on the Administration of Justice, and Commissioner, Kenya Law Reform Commission. He is currently Deputy Director in charge of training at the Kenya Judiciary Academy.
