Mr. Carlos Alima is a Public Prosecutor and a member of the GLACY-E Project National Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Police Sciences with a specialisation in Criminal Investigation, as well as a Cybersecurity specialisation (CECiS). Mr. Carlos Alima lectures at ACIPOL and UCM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, and his expertise spans Digital Law, cybercrime, cybersecurity incident response, fundamental rights in cyberspace, digital sovereignty, and emerging technologies.
