A new Call for tenders (2025AO64), for the provision of event management and related services in Romania, was published on the e-Procurement platform of the Council of Europe.
The call is divided into 6 Lots:
- Lot 1: Full Event organization services
- Lot 2: Accommodation and rental of venue
- Lot 3: Catering
- Lot 4: Transportation
- Lot 5: Visibility
- Lot 6: Interpretation equipment
Expected starting date: 29 February 2026.
Duration of the Framework Agreement: until 31 December 2029.
