A seasoned Information Communication and Technology professional with a bias towards cyber security. He has served in Zambia’s ICT regulator as head for Cyber Security. He has served as the chairperson for the inaugural SADC Steering Committee for the Regional Computer Incident Response Team. He has also served in senior roles in Government on development of ICT Policies, legislation for ICT and Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Data Protection and Postal sub sectors. He has coordinated large nation wide projects covering telecommunication and cyber security. He holds Master of Business Administration degree with a graduate degree in Computer Science and post graduate qualifications in Information Systems Management. Professional certifications in ISO/IEC information security management systems Audit, Implementation and Risk respectively. An alumni of the Africa Centre for Strategic Studies. Currently serves with AfricaCERT.
