Mr Shema Akilimali is a specialized cyber-crime investigator. He is currently the Division Manager at Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) and Chairman of African Working Group on Cybercrime for Heads of Units for Africa. Shema is responsible for enhancing cybercrime investigative capacity at country and continental level.
He therefore works with law enforcement agencies at national and continental level providing technical support and leadership in cybercrime investigations.
