CLEP: Project on Controlling Corruption through Law Enforcement and Prevention

Back CLEP carries out a training on human rights and corruption for the National Anti-Corruption Centre in Moldova

The CLEP Project delivered a four-day training on the links between human rights and corruption for thirty participants from the National Anti-Corruption Centre. The training explained the impact of corruption malpractices on human rights with practical examples. Corruption-related cases linked to infringements of articles 6, 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms when it comes to integrity checks, “agent provocateur” and special investigative techniques were also discussed. The participants also took part in moot courts and interactive exercises covering the topics of the training.
