The Council of Europe held a training on ethics, conflict of interest resolution and internal controls for anti-corruption officers from 14 public authorities. The training focused on methods of effective assessment of ethical conduct; good practices on management of conflict of interest; practical mechanisms and tools for ethical controls; and liability assessment in ethics violations cases. The international and European concepts and principles were discussed through the prism of the Kyrgyz practice and regulatory framework.
