Tai Chi
Mrs ZENG will guide you through the discovery of this beautiful art through her teachings on short Yang forms (Forms 8, 16 & 24) and their applications whether in simple exercises or in pairs to find calm, spontaneity, and creativity. Through her teachings, you will also be immersed in the richness of the cultural and philosophical origins of this art, sharing valuable time with other tai chi learners in simplicity and kindness.
With principles based on the law of nature, tai chi's slow and gentle movements work to restore harmony, boost health, and promote awareness. In addition to regaining the body’s natural flexibility and coordination and toning your internal muscles, this activity will reinforce your heart, breathing and immune system.
