Self-Defense_ASCE
Self-Defense allows everyone to quickly acquire the right reflexes, to analyse risky situations, to control stress, by deciding on the right attitude to adopt to avoid a confrontation, or to act efficiently while preserving one's physical integrity. The training will allow you to maintain your body, to gain self-confidence and to blossom fully in everyday life!
Self-Defense courses given at the Council of Europe are based on techniques derived from three different disciplines: Krav Maga on Tuesdays, Goshin Jutsu on Thursdays, and Brazilian Ju Jitsu on Fridays.
Self-defence taught at the Council of Europe can be practised by women and men of all ages and physical conditions.
Come and try, three lessons are free!
