You are warmly invited to a self-defence demonstration based on Goshin-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga techniques offered by your colleagues from the specialised ASCE section and their instructors!

Come watch – better yet, try out – this discipline during the demonstration – open doors which will take place on Thursday 12 February 2026 (12.15-13.30) at the Council of Europe dojo (entrance from Allée Spach, after PC West all ahead to the end of the courtyard and on your left; from the Palais, lift 2 to -2 then get out and walk all the way to the end of the courtyard, on the corner behing the garage entrance).

On the agenda: defences against holds, strikes, attacks with weapons, various street aggressions… Locks, chokes, projections and immobilisations against opponents who are stronger than yourself… Everyone can test it and progress at his or her rhythm!

To try it out, we recommend sports or comfortable outfit with no shoes.
