As part of the co-production support programme, experts who have signed a framework contract and are part of the expert pool may be selected for working groups following the three support application deadlines, based on criteria set by the Board of Management. Depending on the number of eligible film projects received, they will form working groups of 5 people, selected according to criteria established by the Board of Management. Each working group will evaluate a portion of the received projects to distribute the workload (likely 4 to 5 groups with 15 to 20 projects per group).

Initially, the experts will individually evaluate the projects assigned to their group based on criteria established by the Board of Management. A day-long video conference meeting will then be organised for each working group, during which the 5 relevant experts will discuss the projects and develop joint recommendations for financial support.

These recommendations will then be validated by the Fund's Executive Committee.
