[15-16 July 2009, Tbilisi] The round table discussion organised in Tbilisi on 15 July 2009 will gather representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, the Council of Europe experts and other stakeholders to discuss the next steps in order to strengthen capacities in Georgia against cybercrime by establishing specialized institutions for the investigation of cybercrime and international cooperation. The aim of the workshop organised on 16 July 2009 on cybercrime legislation is to review the relevant legislation in Georgia and indentify the provisions that need further reform in order to comply with the requirements of the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime.
