Ireland signed and ratified the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (ETS No. 98).
Croatia signed the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (CETS No. 223).

Ghana acceded to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (ETS No. 112).
13 March 2019
Georgia approved the Council of Europe Convention on Cinematographic Co-Production (revised) (CETS No. 220).
8 March 2019
Ireland ratified the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No. 210).
San Marino ratified:
- the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185), and
- the Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189).

The Republic of Moldova ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).
6 March 2019
- signed the Council of Europe Convention on the counterfeiting of medical products and similar crimes involving threats to public health (CETS No. 211), and
- ratified the Protocol amending the European Landscape Convention (CETS No. 219).
5 March 2019
Italy signed the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (CETS No. 223).
