This activity is funded by the European Union in the framework of the project “Roma CSOs promoting EU values” (ROVA) coordinated by the European Roma Grassroots Organisations Network.  

As part of the tradition, the Roma flag will be carried, the anthem will be sung, and flowers will be cast into the Neris River in remembrance of the victims of genocide.
