The National Roma Platform event will mark International Roma Day and will bring together representatives of national institutions, the European Union Delegation, the Council of Europe, Roma civil society organisations, and community representatives to present the new National Action Plan 2026–2030 for Roma Equality, Inclusion and Participation.

The event will begin with a networking and exhibition segment showcasing initiatives of Roma and Egyptian civil society organisations and an artistic exhibition by Roma students. This will be followed by official welcome remarks from national and international partners and the formal presentation of the new Action Plan by the National Roma Contact Point.

The event will conclude with an open discussion allowing stakeholders, Roma community representatives, and civil society organisations to provide feedback and contribute with ideas regarding the implementation of the new strategic framework.
