The Human Rights House in Zagreb is home to the national training course Compass in Youth Work jointly organised with the Croatian Youth Network and DrOne association. The course was opened on 18 June and will be concluded on 22 June.
During the four days programme some twenty youth workers, from a variety of regions and organisations in Crotia will develop their competences to prepare and deliver human rights education activities and will be able to advocate for furthering human rights education in youth work. The aim of this national Compass training is to further the adoption of a rights-based approach in the youth work done in Croatia.
As a result of the training, the organisers expect a number of new projects in the field of human rights education, prepared and implemented by the particioants and their organisations.
