Learning to Live Together - The present and future of citizenship and human rights education in Hungary
The 2017 edition of the EYCB’s Human Rights Forum focuses on strengthening and promoting citizenship and human rights education in Hungary.
The 2017 “Learning to Live Together” report on the state of citizenship and human rights education highlighted the lack of priority given to citizenship and human rights education in most member states as well as scant recognition to the work done by civil society and youth organisations in this area.
The EYCB would like again to bring together a broad spectrum of activists, trainers, teachers, and other practitioners and stakeholders to discuss challenges, present achievements and outline the way forward towards better recognition of and stronger support for citizenship and human rights education in Hungary.
