In the framework of the pre-electoral assistance programme ahead of parliamentary elections of 30 November 2014 in the Republic of Moldova, the Council of Europe provided capacity building to the Coordinated Council of Audio-visual.

Mr Marek Mracka, Council of Europe media expert was seconded for three weeks in total from October to November 2014 to train the staff of the CCA Monitoring Department and to ensure that the monitoring process of the election campaign is correct, equidistant and transparent.
