Parents' Network
The DCE network consists of NGOs, civil society organisations, and public institutions who have established powerful links with parents and carers around Europe, and wish to support the Council of Europe in promoting its work, tools, and resources to parents, carers and children in their countries.
Among other things, the members of the network translate, or coordinate the translation of, various DCE publications in national languages, and disseminate those publications via their established channels.
