Meeting on non-accepted provisions of the European Social Charter by Hungary

The meeting is organised by the Department of the European Social Charter of the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Human Capacities of in the framework of the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions” in order to exchange views with the national authorities on the Charter's provisions which have not yet been accepted by the country.

The meeting will be opened by Judit Rézműves, Deputy Head of Department, Ministry of Human Capacities of Hungary and Henrik Kristensen, Deputy Head of the Department of the European Social Charter, Council of Europe. The Department of the European Social Charter will also be represented Nino Chitashvili, Lawyer.

The European Committee of Social Rights will be represented by Giuseppe Palmisano, President, Monika Schlachter, Vice-President, József Hajdú, Member of the Committee and Csilla Kollonay Lehoczky, former member of the Committee.

There will also be an exchange of views on the collective complaints procedure which Hungary has not accepted yet.
