Summary of the training on the Collective Complaints Procedure

The Collective Complaints Procedure plays a key role in the effectiveness of fundamental social rights at the pan-European level. In order to make better use of this procedure, the Conference of INGO and the Social Platform, with support of the Academic Network on the European Social Charter and Social Rights, in partnership with the European Economic and Social Committee, organised an awareness-raising and training for NGOs. The training was organised in the framework of the “Turin Process” in Brussels on 22 September.
