The Gender Equality Working Group meets three times a year in the framework of the Eurimages Board of Management meetings.  

Until 2020 an outreach meeting was regularly held in the country hosting the Board of Management meetings. The aim of these outreach meetings was to ensure that local authorities and film professionals were made aware of the importance of greater gender equality in the film industry.

Due to Covid-19, all meetings since 2020 have taken place online and the outreach meetings were suspended. The intention of the Eurimages team is to re-instate these meetings in another form in the future.
