The Gender Equality Working Group met three times a year in the framework of the Eurimages Board of Management meetings.  

Until 2020 an outreach meeting was regularly held in the country hosting the Board of Management meetings. The aim of these outreach meetings was to ensure that local authorities and film professionals were made aware of the importance of greater gender equality in the film industry.
