Chief Prosecutor and Coordinator of the Organized Crime Team at the West Metropolitan Regional Prosecutor's Office of the Chilean Public Prosecutor's Office. He teaches Clinical Legal Education at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile.
He is a judicial instructor for judges of the Chilean Judiciary. He holds a Doctorate in Law and a Master's degree in Legal Research from the University of Alcalá de Henares, Spain. He also holds a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Criminal Law from the University of Chile, a Master's degree in Business Criminal Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (IUIOG), Spain, and a Diploma in Criminal Procedure and Litigation from the Central University of Chile. Speaker and institutional representative as Cybercrime Prosecutor in criminal investigation congresses on Facebook, Telecommunications Fraud in Taiwan, Cybersecurity in the Organization of American States, Digital Evidence Collection with the United States Department of Justice and Crime Scene Management of the FBI, and Octopus Conference of the Council of Europe (20th Anniversary of the Budapest Convention).
